Instructional facilities
The campus has learning and training facilities that include air-conditioned classrooms, a botany room, laboratory, plant nursery and engineering workshops.
Information technology
A computer lab gives students access to the internet and electronic-based resources for research, study and communication needs.
Library services
The campus has a range of study resources to support training needs. The library provides access to books, industry journals and newspapers. Also, the campus has membership with James Cook University Library in Cairns which is available to Mareeba campus students.
Sports and recreation
The campus has a basketball and tennis court, a sports oval that caters for touch football and softball games, pool table and table tennis. Students regularly compete in local and regional sporting events.
Dining facilities
The student recreation room contains a kitchenette, which has tea and coffee-making facilities and refrigeration for students who bring their own lunch. Soft drink and snack vending machines are also located on campus. A licensed food van, selling hot food, sandwiches, drinks and snacks, visits the Agricultural College at lunchtime for students' convenience.
Facilities for hire
The Mareeba campus has facilities for hire including a meeting room that seats about 30 and two refurbished classrooms that can seat about 28.
Groups can also hire the campus's recreational facilities that include a basketball/tennis court, sports oval, which caters for touch football and softball games, pool table and table tennis.
